Jakarta, June 8, 2026 – Dian Nusantara University (UNDIRA), through its Public Relations and Institutional Affairs Bureau, has officially announced the extension of the registration period for Festival UNDIRA 2026 (Nusantara Cultural Expression and Action Festival). In response to the overwhelming enthusiasm demonstrated by students across Indonesia, registration will remain open until June 25, 2026.

Carrying the overarching theme “Preserving Diversity, Building National Identity” and the inspiring tagline “Express Your Culture, Ignite Your Action,” this prestigious event is designed as a hybrid platform that intelligently integrates academic excellence with the dynamic cultural expressions of 21st-century youth.

Festival UNDIRA 2026 is more than a conventional talent competition. It serves as an inclusive and innovative platform for digital natives to showcase their potential. The festival is committed to becoming a stage where intellectual capability synergizes with technological proficiency and artistic talent, encouraging participants to elevate their competencies and compete on a national scale.

To accommodate a diverse range of interests and talents, the organizing committee offers seven comprehensive competition categories, as outlined in the Festival UNDIRA 2026 Competition Guidelines:

• Business Plan Competition – Challenging participants to develop innovative, technology-based entrepreneurial solutions for future industries.

• Indonesian Language Debate Competition – A platform for critical discourse that tests participants’ analytical skills, rhetoric, and logical reasoning on contemporary issues.

• E-Sports Tournament (Mobile Legends) – A competition emphasizing strategic thinking, digital dexterity, and teamwork within a virtual environment.

• Traditional Dance Competition – Celebrating and preserving the rich heritage and artistic movements of Indonesia’s diverse regional cultures.

• Modern Dance Competition – Exploring contemporary movement, rhythmic synchronization, and charismatic urban expression.

• Pop Solo Singing Competition (Male & Female Categories) – Showcasing vocal artistry, musical interpretation, and captivating stage performance.

• Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) – Promoting spiritual values, the beauty of Qur’anic recitation, and the preservation of religious traditions to strengthen youth character.

As a form of appreciation for participants’ dedication, sportsmanship, and performance, the committee will award prestigious prizes in the form of cash awards and official certificates of achievement issued by the university.

Beyond material rewards, outstanding participants from the high school category (Senior High School/Vocational High School or equivalent) will also have the opportunity to access valuable future educational pathways through UNDIRA’s special talent appreciation scheme.

To ensure academic integrity and fairness throughout the competition, all submissions and performances will be evaluated by a panel of professional judges with certified expertise and independent track records in their respective fields. The decisions of the judging panel are final, objective, and free from external influence.

Participants are required to upload valid identification documents (Student ID Card or School ID Card) as part of the administrative verification process.
